Biological advice
With a lifelong interrest in animals, a study in biology and a job in a zoo, there can be some cases where I can help. In many cases people can need advice, some examples:
- Why would I keep exotic pets, what is the right anglepoint in keeping or breeding these animals? How can I distinguish myself?
- Which species can I combine?
- Which exotic pets can I keep in Belgium?
- What permits do I need to keep reptiles, birds, mammals, spiders, insects and what are my obligations?
- How can i interpret the behaviour of my animal? Veterinarians are great in the physiology but sometimes a biologist can be needed for the behavioural or ecological aspect. (however always contact a veterinarian when the health is involved).
- What is the "positive list" or "positieflijst"?
- What documents do I need for my live grey parrot or my tiger skull?
- What is the list "invasive species"?
- I need a biological or sustainable plan for my 'masterplan' for my company.
